What are the delivery times?
In Italy 1/2 days from the order.
In Europe 2/3 days from the order.
International 5/6 days from the order.
For delivery time we means the time when the first delivery try comes, except for cases beyond our control, for example, the days on which bans are imposed circulation, public holidays in Italy or abroad, and the holding of the goods at customs.
Although we do our best to deliver the products within times described above, delivery dates are not guaranteed and cannot be claimed against us. In any case, delivery within the maximum period of (30) days from the date of receipt of the delivery email.
If a contingency happens that makes it impossible to comply with the initially programmed delivery date, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will also be notified of a new delivery date estimated, without incurring a penalty, with the condition that you cancel the order if the delivery is delayed by more than thirty (30) days. To cancel the order, send an email to sales@bb-sttropez.com. If our product will not be delivered within 30 days, we will refund you the order and any shipping costs.
Remember that the courier requires a signature on delivery, without this signature the products cannot be delivered. If you carry out an order including different articles, we may be forced to deliver the products in more packages or on different dates. In this case you will be informed in advance. Your order will be sent to the address of delivery indicated at the time of ordering. We cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions in this address.
For international deliveries:
After that the transaction is completed, DHL will ship the order to the final destination.
Most items in stock arrive after 5-13 days working from receiving the order. During the payment you will see one more precise forecast of specific delivery times for yours destination. Please note that delivery times are only indicative and that delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

How to know if the order has been sent?
All orders placed from Monday to Friday, except holidays, before 13:00 (GMT +1) will be processed the same day and shipped within 48 hours depending on availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 13:00 (GMT +1) will be processed the next business day. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. BB ST-TROPEZ cannot be responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or plane delays.
For international deliveries: To check the status of an international order, use the DHL tracking page with the codes that will be given to you by e-mail after your payment.
Where are the orders sent from? All orders placed on the BB ST-TROPEZ website are shipped from ITALY.
